Carewest Innovative Healthcare

Carewest Innovative Health Care is a public, not-for-profit, wholly-owned subsidiary of Alberta Health Services. They provide quality care to more than 950 long-term care residents, 350 rehabilitation and recovery beds clients as well as thousands of clients in community programs. They hire and train a lot of staff.

With over 3000 employees and 900 volunteers across fourteen sites in Calgary, they approached us to develop a sixteen-module digital training program. One that trainees could complete on their own from anywhere on any mobile or desktop device. This was a monster project but really rewarding. We learned a lot about the strict performance standards required to take care of the vulnerable medically and compassionately. Plus, they were really happy with what we delivered, a modern, user-friendly and sophisticated training product.
