Barjac Construction Management

Barjac is a construction management firm established over forty years ago in Calgary, Alberta. They are best known for managing the construction of just about every car dealership you can think of in Southern Alberta. We were approached by Barjac at a time when they were experiencing a changing of the guard. Jacob Senior was retiring and his son was assuming the helm along with two partners. They were looking for us to execute two things: create a clean, crisp and contemporary brand identity and a website that aligned with the direction they wanted to take the business. 

This required a complete strategic brand and marketing plan. Our insights generation phase, where we conducted one-on-one in-depths with their clients revealed something critical, Barjac does something no other construction management company does. They suggest how the architectural plans can be improved to optimize the space from an employee, customer and service perspective. This was all we needed to come up with the tagline Spaces that Perform. Adopted immediately, we delivered the rest. A highly visual website that featured not only the luxurious spaces they have constructed but their talent and capacity to complete any large-scale construction project.
